Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchett makes it to Amazon's top 100 movie list

This is a movie that we saw and will be reviewing, in the meantime here is some news straight off their Nov 3rd Press release.

The Legend of Mary Hatchet made Amazon.com€™s top 100 horror movies sold, just below Army of Darkness and The Blair Witch Project. The movie, released on Friday, October 30th (Blood Night) is heralded as the "€œKickass Slasher Film of the Year"€ by American Horrors and awarded Best Feature at the 2009 Shocker Fest International. Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet is being embraced by horror lovers across the U.S. Order today at Amazon
or www.bloodnightmovie.com.

Featuring such horror greats as Danielle Harris of Rob Zombie's Halloween I and II (among others) and Bill Moseley of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Night of the Living Dead, House of 1,000 Corpses, Devil Rejects and more, Blood Night puts a neck-breaking spin on the gory and gut-wrenching “slasher” pieces from the legendary decade of 1980’s horror. Stemming from the real life Long Island legend of Mary Hatchet, Blood Night is a full-length motion picture that tells the tale of a group of teenagers enjoying their annual Blood Night festivities when they come face-to-face with the reality of this haunting legend. One by one, the teens begin to disappear and meet their fate. As the body count rises, so do the unanswered questions about their missing friends and the secrets of Mary'€™s horrifying past.

Fueled by intense and energetic performances from Bill Moseley, Danielle Harris, Nate Dushku, and Samantha Facchi, audiences are in for a non-stop splatter fest filled with sex, guts, and heads that roll!
